1)Do you have testing documents or certificate to verify your artificial turf product?

Yes.We have the 8 grade anti-UV test report and CE,SGS,ISO certificate.

 

2)What is the secondary backing?

The secondary backing is a coating on the back of the synthetic grass to lock the fibers in place(turf bind).Several different coating materials are used, including latex,hot melt polyolefin(HMP) and PU.

 

3)How does artificial grass drain with rain,snow and ice?

The turf has a perforated backing which allows rapid drainage for rain and other liquids.Allow snow and ice to melt and drain naturally.Do not try to chip or break away the ice,as this could cause damage to the fibers and artificial turf backing.

 

4. Does the synthetic turf get really hot?

The turf will warm up in direct sunlight,but the silica sand infill will remain cooler than granule rubber infill. If the grass feels very warm,you may lightly mist it with a hose.
